Job Requirements:

No prior nursing or medical experience is required
Must be 18 years or older to apply
Strong communication skills
Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
Must be able to pass MN Background Check

Position Overview:

Help residents enjoy daily living
Provide hands-on personal care to older adults including assisting with getting dressed, showering, using the bathroom, and eating
Assist with vital signs and medication administration
